I want to thank Steve and Ashley who worked as a team to install a new downspout on my unit’s gutter..
Before,I had two roofs going into one downspout which caused an overflow of water..
In the winter, I had a dangerous icicle that came down just missing my gas meter, and air conditioning unit.
Hopefully this problem has been resolved!

I am a Realtor and I wanted to say how positive my experience was recently working with May properties. I had a recent sale of a condo unit in the Riverview complex in Southbridge, MA. Amy Charlton (Property Manager) was instrumental in helping to expedite a master insurance policy issue. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and promptly helped save the deal. Without her expertise, and comprehensive understanding of the lender requirements, we would not have been able to close on the property. Amy, thank you for the positive experience. There were two installers. I know only one name, Nelson.
Both in the team have a wonderful work ethic. They were not intimidated by a couple of pesky bees hovering around!
The new door is easy to use and attractive.

Arrived much later than the scheduled appointment time. Was just about to call to find out if crew was coming when they showed up. A call or email would have done the trick. Otherwise the two gents (Steve and Dustin?) did a fine job. Answered all my questions and did not use power drill on the flex portion of the duct. Lugged their huge vacuum down to the basement even though it was not the quickest approach.

Angela Coello was always available when I had an issue with my water pipes. There was an issue that needed quick attention and I was updated regularly with the status.
